Vinyl Windows Require Minimal Maintenance
Annual cleanings with mild soap and water is recommended. Lubrication of crank mechanisms, operating arm, sash rails and other moving parts is recommended.
Note: Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials for cleaning. Also, do not use Silicone based sprays for lubrication. Mild soap, warm water and a soft bristle brush or sponge for scrubbing. Rinse with a hose afterwards. Teflon based spray for lubrication.
